Refund and Returns Policy

– Gold Roots Beverages

At Gold Roots, we take pride in delivering fresh, safe, and high-quality beverages. Since our products are perishable food items, our return and refund policies are designed with hygiene and safety in mind.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of beverages, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered and opened.

Returns are only accepted if:

The product was delivered expired or you received the wrong product.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them or before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

3. Refunds and Replacements

If eligible, you may request a refund or replacement within 48 hours of delivery by sharing proof (photos/videos).

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD orders, a refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
